Vendor-neutral by design
The Acunomic Method
Most ERP projects are decided on a feature list and judged on a go-live date. Our founders' years of hands-on experience taught us that both are the wrong benchmarks.
An ERP is the operating system of your company. It encodes how you buy, sell, produce, account and report, in a specific country, for a specific kind of business, at a specific size. Choose it for its features and you will discover the hidden assumptions later, usually in the second month after go-live, usually in finance. Judge it by its go-live and you have measured the wrong day: the day the consultants leave is the day your people start running it.
The Acunomic Method is how we keep both from happening. It is vendor-neutral by design (we work with several platforms and recommend none by default) and it rests on three convictions.
Three convictions
Process first. Technology second.
Policies define processes, processes are run by people, technology serves all three. In that order.
Start with whyRegion before industry.
Where a business is incorporated, taxed and audited shapes its ERP more than what it sells.
Why systems differUsers before everyone else.
Systems don't fail at go-live. They fail in the hands of the people nobody asked.

Six questions, six pages
- Why
- What "modern" means
- Why systems differ
- How we choose
- How we deliver
- Why it sticks
Start with why
What should change, and why is an ERP the right answer for an SME or family business?
Why strictly modern ERP?
Cloud-built, AI-ready, UX-first, API-first, and why "cloud" must never mean "wherever the vendor says".
Why do ERP systems differ?
Region first. Then industry. Then size. Then the DNA of the people who built the software.
How to select the right ERP?
ACURATE, our evaluation framework.
How to implement it?
ACUMENTIQUE: six stages with quality gates, streams from A to Z, every deliverable signed.
Why we always quote for the people
Workshops, change management, post-go-live support. Because that is where projects fail.
Bring us the process that hurts most.
We'll tell you whether an ERP fixes it, and if so, which kind.
